A fixed price offers you stability, power, and knowledge of where your project is going before it starts, as well as the peace of mind that comes in knowing the cost of everything quoted will not change. How do we do it? By working with excellent designers and architects who share our desire to hammer out every detail before you sign on the dotted line. Highly detailed plans let us get a clear handle on our materials and installation costs. Once we've explored all the unknowns—and turned them into knowns—we're able to offer you a comprehensive beginning quote with a precise timeline. Want to make changes later? No problem. We'll let you know the cost and make the agreed upon adjustments.
We stay organized from the day we first meet until the day you move in. We also help you stay organized by providing a project binder with all the details when you sign the contract. We update you with regular progress reports and statements so you know exactly where you are every step of the way. When we are done you receive a Home Owners warranty package which includes a complete set of manuals, detailed maintenance schedule and contact list of suppliers and trades. Again, there are no surprises and no hidden costs. Only what you agreed to, along with a Home Warranty to guarantee the work that's been done.
Individualized Customer Care & Relations
Now, about that personal touch. Max helps each client make informed decisions based on their budget and quality standards, and he's available for you to speak with at any point during construction. We schedule custom house and renovation projects so that each is given the time and attention it requires, and your project is assigned a site supervisor who oversees all work in progress. We facilitate the flow of information between client, architect/designer and supervisor, too, so details are attended to in a timely manner.
