Homes that were built 100 years ago, or even 30 years ago, deserve a bit extra time, a vision and even respect when it comes to evaluating them. It's easy to look at them and imagine replacing them with what is new, but the closer you look and understand them, the more you see that what is old can sometimes not be replaced.
