Country Modern

This project included the construction of a modern farmhouse and laneway house.



Both homes feature classic farmhouse design details with added modern conveniences. The saw cut wood floors, shiplap interior walls and beamed ceilings provide that old farmhouse charm. The Infloor radiant heating, LED lighting, air exchange system and high performance building envelope provide the modern conveniences and energy efficiency.
