A complete Restoration of an Arts & Craft home in the heart of Fairfield. The renovation included lifting the house to allow for a new foundation and basement with suite and an addition off the rear of the house with an outdoor living space.

Some of the original built-in cabinetry was saved and re-installed in the living room and dining room.
