This 11,000-square-foot home underwent a remarkable renovation, carefully preserving its unique architectural style while elevating its luxurious, yet cozy, atmosphere. The interior design was thoughtfully refreshed to highlight the home’s stunning oceanfront views, incorporating a West Coast aesthetic with rich oak and fir accents throughout. Despite its grand scale, the home maintains a warm and inviting feel, enhanced by carefully curated spaces designed to display feature art pieces. The transformation extended to the outdoor living space, where the existing curved deck overhanging the water was completely redone. Now featuring curved stairs and stainless steel railings, it leads gracefully to a private beach, blending form and function with a subtle nautical touch.
